DEFUNDING THE AFRICAN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH: Case Study in HISP

1.As the TRIAD is an organized, unitary, front for funding and political sources hostile to contemporary Orthodox Christianity, and directed by non-Christians, in collusion with foreign nationals, it’s presentation to the public as a set of independent Christian groups, is fraudulent. Therefore, any past or current individual, or class of, financial supporters, to the TRIAD, have a statutory cause of action for punitive damages and reimbursement of funds collected fraudulently, diverted as a ‘foreign-feeder’ charity, to a non-qualifying organization, Rev. Rul. 63-252, and in addition, under 18 U.S. Code § 1341. Fraud and Swindles, and 18 U.S. Code § 371. Conspiracy to defraud. Certain statements by TRIAD executives state a racial animus which may suggest additional civil rights remedies (prohibition of targeted group harassment, libel)2.A class of Church leaders, clergy, and members of the UMC Has an additional cause of action. In that the Triad, intentionally, through artifice, and fraudulent infiltration, in violation of the statures above, and using individual and group defamation of UMC members,: disseminated false advertising 15 U.S. Code § 52,, did irreparable harm to the UMC trademark , U.S.C. §§ 1051, constituting wrongful interference in the activities of the UMC. Moreover the ORGANIZATION‘s TRIAD stated plan to interfere in the collection of Church apportionment and pension dues, an employee benefit plan , is a cause of action, racketeering, under 18 U.S. Code § 1954, as is its scheme to loot UMC property in its Church schism program. Clergy receiving moneys for their participation in the schism plan, directly or indirectly from the ORGANIZATION, face similar legal risk, and professional discipline under chargeable offenses in the UMC Book of Discipline……
